Welcome to Tour Truck Golf. By booking a fitting, lesson, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by Tour Truck Golf (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Services
2.1 We provide custom golf club fittings, lessons, and related services.
2.2 Availability of services is subject to scheduling and may change at our discretion.
2.3 Any descriptions of services on our website or promotional materials are for guidance only.
3. Bookings & Payments
3.1 All bookings must be made online through our scheduling system.
3.2 A fitting session fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking. This fee is refundable if clubs are purchased within 30 days of the fitting.
3.3 Lessons or other services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking.
3.4 Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider(s). We do not store card details.
4. Deposits & No-Show Policy
4.1 All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
4.2 A no-show is defined as failure to attend a booked appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
4.3 If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your payment or deposit will be carried forward to a future booking (subject to availability).
4.4 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds will only be issued where required by law, or where a service has not been provided due to our fault.
5.2 Where a fitting fee is refundable against the purchase of clubs, this will be applied as a discount at checkout.
6. Liability
6.1 Golf is a physical activity and participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by our negligence.
6.2 We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought to our premises.
6.3 We do not guarantee improvement in performance as a result of fittings or lessons.
7. Products & Orders
7.1 All orders for golf clubs or equipment are subject to availability and manufacturer lead times.
7.2 Custom-fitted equipment is non-refundable unless faulty.
7.3 Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Website Use
8.1 Content on our website is for general information only.
8.2 We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
8.3 You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content without prior written consent.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
9.2 By booking a service, you consent to us storing and processing your data for the purpose of providing services and maintaining records.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
